Welcome to my world of New Farm real estate.

My name is Claudia, I moved to Australia with my husband and our daughter, then aged five. We left France dreaming of another life and choose Australia for its friendly people and new challenges.

After setting up successful businesses in Port Douglas and Maroochydore, Brisbane and Melbourne back to Queensland in Noosa and then in Brisbane, I took on a career in Real Estate to put my people skills to the test.

 I understand the needs of sellers and the dreams of buyers  and go that extra mile to be of service to all parties in the emotional ride of buying or selling one’s property.

I have lived in New Farm for over 10 years and I am happy to be part of this cosmopolitan village and vibrant community.

The property market here has a lot to offer. There are heritage listed Queenslanders, designer penthouses overlooking the river, lovely Art deco units and 70s brick building. The choice is great and the lifestyle easy and relaxed.
